We are a family-run business in Lithuania with 17 years of combined experience in outdoor blue-collar work, including excavator trenching, landscaping, tile and brick laying, gardening, and general construction.

How Our Staffing Service Works?
We start by discussing your project requirements in detail—skills needed, number of workers, timelines, and any certification or safety standards. After that, we select qualified candidates from our network in Lithuania who match your specifications. Each worker is pre-screened to ensure experience, reliability, and readiness for your project.
Once you approve the candidates, we handle all administrative tasks: contracts, documentation, transport arrangements, and scheduling. Workers arrive on site prepared to start immediately. Throughout the project, we stay in contact with you and the workers to make sure everything runs smoothly and to respond quickly if you need replacements or additional staff.
